2016 WJAC: USA 3 – CAN-E 1 (Preliminary)

Isaac Johnson scored the game-winning goal late in the first period to lead the U.S. past Canada East, but the result was enough for the Canadians to clinch first place in Group B at the 2016 World Junior A Challenge.
