2017 U17: CZE 2 – CAN-W 1 (Bronze)

Matej Toman and Michal Teply scored goals in the first two periods, and the Czechs held on in the third to edge White and win bronze at the 2017 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge, their first U17 medal since 2006.
