HELSINKI, FINLAND – Canada’s National Junior team, who is playing Team USA in the gold medal game of the 2004 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship on Monday, January 5th at 12noon ET/ 9am PT on TSN/RDS, will be returning home to Canada from Finland on Tuesday, .

Due to the time change between Canada and Finland and to best facilitate media requests on-site in Finland after the game on Jan. 5th, we are ] including the airport arrival itinerary for Team Canada’s players and staff, and where and when they will be available for interviews upon arriving in Canada.

Please note: All flights listed are subject to change time/date, and subject to flight delays and last minute changes.

Air Canada, an associate sponsor of Hockey Canada, will be transporting Canada's National Junior Team (22 players and staff) back to Canada on Tuesday, . Details of the National Junior team flight are as follows:

‘In-formal media availability’ with Team Canada’s players and coaches will be available after the team members have cleared customs and claimed baggage. There will be no ‘formal’ press conference at the airport. Access to airport arrivals area may be subject to Toronto airport security measures.

After arriving in Toronto on Jan.6 at 14:55 ET, most of the players and staff (except those staying in Toronto) will be connecting to various flights that will take them back to their final destinations. Therefore, player availability in Toronto may be limited or due to catching connecting flights, some players/coaches may not be available for media at all due to connecting flight times.
