Canada vs. USA an Under-22 Look Back

The 2008-09 season will mark the eleventh for the National Women’s Under-22 Team, and for the eighth time Canada will play a three-game series against the USA’s Women’s Under-22 Select Team.

Canada rides a two-year hot streak into the 2008 series, winning five consecutive games and coming off their first-ever three-game sweep of the Americans, in 2007 in Lake Placid, NY.

Overall, Canada has won 11 of the 21 all-time match-ups, three more than the United States (two games have ended in a tie).
