TAMPERE, FI- Canada's National Women's team made it two straight victories at the 3 Nations Cup, with a 7-4 win over Finland in Tampere on Sunday.

Canada took little time in getting adjusted to its surroundings, as Danielle Goyette opened the scoring at 1:05, on an assist from Hayley Wickenheiser. But Finland responded in kind, during a powerplay as Sari Fisk blasted a slapshot inside the post past Sami Jo Small.

Goyette and Wickenheiser combined on a go-ahead goal at 16:25, and Cassie Campbell made it 3-1 less than a minute later, scoring her 20th all-time goal with Canada's National Team.

Finland continued to feed off the crowd and the fact the game was televised on National Finnish Television in the second, and eventually closed the gap on a two-player advantage as Tiia Reima scored. Caroline Ouellette scored for Canada, and the teams exchanged one goal each to make the score 5-3 after 40 minutes of play.

Defenceman Kirsi Hanninen brought the local crowd to it's feet at 1:42 of the third, with Finland's second two-player advantage goal, but Correne Bredin scored her second of the game to maintain Canada's two goal advantage.

Canada added two markers in the third to Finland's two goals to make the final Canada 7, Finland 4.

Canada faces Sweden on Monday, November 5th before facing Finland a second time on Tuesday, November 6th in Mikkeli, Finland.
