Ticket packages on sale for fall events

All packages purchased by Oct. 10 eligible to win 2025 World Juniors prize pack

CALGARY, AB – Hockey Canada has announced that ticket packages are on sale for four national and international events taking place this fall, with all purchases made by Oct. 10 eligible to win a 2025 IIHF World Junior Championship prize pack that includes tickets to the gold medal game in Ottawa, ON.

Packages are available now for the 2023 editions of the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge in Charlottetown and Summerside, PE, National Women’s Under-18 Championship in Dawson Creek, BC, Para Hockey Cup in Quispamsis, NB and World Junior A Hockey Challenge in Truro, NS.

“We are excited to open sales for ticket packages to these four events and give fans an opportunity to select their seats to watch some of the top athletes in the sport,” said Dean McIntosh, vice-president of strategic partnerships and community engagement for Hockey Canada. “Our host committees are excited to welcome participants, volunteers, partners and fans into their respective communities, and we look forward to four memorable tournaments this fall.”

The World Juniors prize pack includes two tickets to the semifinals and medal games, two nights hotel accommodation and $200 in Hockey Canada merchandise vouchers. More information about the contest can be found here.

The schedule for the 2023 National Women’s Under-18 Championship has also been released, as the tournament is played for the first time since 2019. British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario Blue and Ontario Red will form Group A, while Alberta, Atlantic, Quebec and Saskatchewan will compete in Group B.

All eight teams will begin prelim play on Nov. 5 at Ovintiv Events Centre, with the medal games scheduled for Nov. 11.

Ticket information for the 2024 editions of the Esso Cup, TELUS Cup and Centennial Cup, presented by Tim Hortons, will be announced at a later date.
